Amy Sbarra & The Swingin' Clique
Since 2019 when Amy joined the Clique, swing music, "nouveau jazz" and joy became her mantra. Her first year goal was to gain club dates, although there was a pandemic, she & the band prevailed. Her next year goal was to do concerts and full blown swing events. Again, she prevailed in that goal despite the pandemic. This year, Amy is taking the band to a new level, adding stronger shows with current members as well as adding new extremely talented musicians and performers. We featuring swing standards and unexpected pop songs converted to swing. Whether you're looking for a quiet duo, trio, full band or full event with dancers, period character actors, Amy Sbarra & The Swingin' Clique will not disappoint.
Born of One-Nighters
Starting out, the idea of living the road band life was the last thing on my mind. After we did all the local gigs, I realized the only way for us to evolve as a band was to start hitting concerts & festivals. The next five year goal is to land tons of , concert gigs — with the occasional festival appearance — in cities across the country.
Looking to the Future
We will be recording our first album this year and plan on distributing through social media. Check out our concert date page for when we’ll be playing near you.
